In BitRewards, our primary challenge was to reach the asian market, so we spent a lot of time in Asia, communicating with businessman and developers, mostly Chinese. Core achievements: - Built the entire platform for internalisation of our applications. It includes GUI for translators, developer tools and libraries to support our format in many languages. - Worked in China, communicating as the tech lead between Chinese and Russian developer teams, shipping from scratch the c2c solution with 1.5m users for Chinese market - Worked as the crisis manager, controlling the process of buying the software solution from a different Chinese company, and adapting it to our business and development cycle. Also, during my time in the company I participated as one of the lead developers of virtualvibe, the social media marketing platform adapted for all Chinese, Western and Russian markets, responsible for project infrastructure, task decomposition, communication with frontend and mobile developers, and contributed with coding some backend and some frontend.

GrowFood

Lead Developer/DevOps/Business Analytic
Coming to a GrowFood, I've been wondering to see their development being is a goddamn hell mess and spent first few months trying to bring the experience I learned in Kibo and Kajo to organize it. First, with a help of a few colleagues and CTO's trust, I changed branching model into something more or less git-flowey, then organized the development server, creating a system (kotlin + spring) which deploys testing configurations for every single task automatically (yes, these guys were using one configuration for everyone before). After that, I've been moved to a new project of a business analytics, which I brought to live alone within 6 months, a system with 60+ dashboards which contains the key information and metrics related to our business, some of them helped the company to save about $40.000/month by optimising production plans (Laravel + VueJS + PostgreSQL + ClickHouse, TONS of complicated SQL in this project). This software also uses a Telegram bot to send automated daily reports to CTO and heads of different departments. Starting off 2018, I'm working on bringing the mobile application to a market, using C#/Xamarin stack and ASP.NET for a back-end.

Software Engineer
In Kibo, we've been working on creating a new team overseas, trying to find a way to organize the development process in the company, which had developers in four different regions now. After successfully establishing the new office in Belarus, I've been trying to re-organize 15-years old codebase (php4 + java, no frameworks used for either), but since the team was really big, I can't really tell about any personal achievements.

Co-Founder, Lead Developer
Udobno was our attempt to use Kajo experience to bring a brand new functionality of extra-fast grocery delivery to a Moscow market. I've been working on adapting showrooms platform for a food market, the best achievement I made is a service, which allowed to build an extra fast chain of our workers who were picking goods in supermarkets, and external delivery services who were shipping it to clients within 2 hours.

Kajo International Limited

showrooms.ru

Lead Developer
I've been invited to Kajo to help them to move their shop form Symfony to another CRM called Webasyst (PHP stack), becoming the lead developer soon as we done with it, and then been working hard on improving CRM and website over two years. Key achievements: - Used Sphinx and ReactJS to implement search functionality a lot (almost instant search over 3.000.000 positions with faceted navigation). - Created an offer auto-import mechanism which updates products from ~40 shops with ~2 hours latency. - Integrated the project with different payment services (one bank, and few services including PayPal), allowing the users to pay online. After that, I've been working in a team of two developers on bringing the international version of the service (translation, integration with PayPal, DHL and DPD, a brand new "My Shop" functionality, which allowed anyone to start selling their goods using our website). Unfortunately, it didn't manage to survive financial crisis :(

I've been invited to Sanoma to develop and support their websites (Cosmopolitan, Men's Health, Woman's Health, some other project called ShopIcon). After spending a few months in the company I was moved to lead a team of three to develop another internal content distribution project, which allowed the editors to easily export their articles from one site to another, as well as to do a statistical analysis (CPM, KPI, e.t.c). It was implemented using Zend + MongoDB + MySQL.

About me

To save some time, yours and mine. Three things: - Outsource companies are NO. You could try to convince me if your case special enough. - I'm ready to relocate to pretty much anywhere around the world (yes, Ukraine too, have no presumptions this way), but keep in mind that I didn't finish my Bachelor. This may be an issue for getting some visas. - I prefer to use my apple laptop for work. I doubt that we could agree on anything if you're not allowing your people to use their computers at work. What I'm looking for: Something I could be passionate about. As a developer with 7+ years experience, I'm not really sure how I could fit into the team as a worker bee, so if you're looking for someone to fit into your team to produce lines of code he barely understands for what reason, I'm probably not a developer you're looking for. What could keep me interested? A sense that I do something that matters. If you're working on bringing some life-changing stuff to a market, or something which improves quality of life of many people, I'm sure down for that! If you could bring some interesting opportunities, like a chance to try some new technology stack, start a new project in the company, or position I never really tried as a full-time worker (PM/CTO), it would be great to discuss it too. I work much better when I feel passionate about what I'm doing. About me: Married to my job, mostly interested in IT related stuff, comparative culturology and expeditionary ethnography. Because of that my spare time is spent on traveling and learning English and Swedish. For me, having a team of motivated and productive people who have some trust and respect for each other is essential. I'm giving everything to build this healthy and productive working environment, and try as hard as possible to not let personal issues to affect the way how communication is done. Tag list: Languages: SQL, PHP, TypeScript, JavaScript, C# CMS/Frameworks: ASP.NET, Laravel, Symfony, Yii, Webasyst, CodeIgniter, WordPress Data storages: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Sphinx, ClickHouse, Redis, Memcached Frontend: React, Vue, jQuery Project management: Jira, Redmine, Trello Testing: Mocha, Sinon, Codeception, Selenium, PHPUnit Other stuff: Docker, gearman, postman, sketch Also, I have some devops/administration skills (e.g. using TeamCity to automate graddle build, then setting up a proxy pass via nginx to bring the service live isn't really an issue for me).
