- Working in the IT sector for over 18 years. - Wide outlook in the IT sector. - Extensive experience creating complex projects from scratch (technical documentation, interface and database design). - Experience in managing huge projects, excellent skills decomposition of tasks, the ability to separate the secondary objectives of the main and to prioritize it for the team (MS Project/Redmine/Jira, PMBoK). - Analysis, description and optimization of business processes (MS Visio). - Experience of optimization of a heavily loaded applications (social games, market research service for insurance, b2b api for SravniKupi). - Strong analytical ability and rich experience in building complex analytical reports (the calculation of compensation in Troika Dialog for more than 1 000 employees), excellent knowledge of SQL. - Strategic thinking and understanding of the business and the company's goals. - Crisp and clear presentation of ideas, the ability to persuade and to listen. - Experience of negotiating with HR, business units and external contractors. - Ability to solve conflicts. - Ability to work in a team and focus on results, not the process. Knowledge and experience: PHP and mySQL, HTML, CSS, JS/jQuery, experience in developing Java applications for Android, programming Espruino (JavaScript) and Arduino (C++) microcontrollers, creating projects with a Raspberry Pi microcomputer, C# and MSSQL (years ago), Lua (years ago), Delphi (long ago), MS Office/Visio/Project, Adobe and Corel products, Windows Server 2003 and above (at the level of administrator assistant), Linux Debian/Ubuntu/CentOS (administrator level, shell-scripts, configuration and optimization of the database, setting up a web server, mail server, SSH, SVN, software RAID arrays, virtualization through KVM/Xen hypervisors).
