In my life, I have managed to work in a large number of different areas, but in the end I stopped at the IT-industry, and I want to develop in it. I have a good experience in creating and managing websites based on WordPress or October CMS, as well as "pure" IT-development. I try to develop frontend and backend skills up to date, in my free time I like to code; I like to work in a team, make communications better and find solutions to problems together. Completely non-conflictive, I try to find a way out in any situation. I consider my own key quality to be great flexibility - the ability to show myself from different sides, if the situation requires it, effectively perform work of different nature, look for performers and set clear tasks. I am able to lead and make decisions in a difficult situation. Always take full responsibility for the problems created and fix them (and they happen to everyone). At the moment I have completely moved away from developing with my own hands in favor of management. Co-temporarily I became able to effectively manage several development teams at the same time, which is confirmed by concrete experience, including in difficult situations. I am ready to actively develop and learn, I cope with it very well. If a company offers career growth, I am ready to work there for a long time and very hard.
